No, I actually gave up after a lengthy battle with the software. We migrated to SiT! Support Incident Tracker which is open source.

We’ve been using it for months and really like it. Initial migration was a little bumpy but it was well worth it.

Yeah, I’m stuck in SORBS hell myself. It’s causing a few emails a day to bounce and they don’t respond to any requests to get it fixed.

mmmm.. problem is they are still blocking and there is no way to get yourself removed – even if you are on there erroneously.

All is good. Spent part of the summer enjoying the generous cash payout from Sophos and drinking beer at the beach. Now I’m working at a storage management company where I’m playing with NetApp filers and huge amounts of storage. Did you know a wasted Terabyte of storage costs approximately $45k to maintain each year?
